Diefani Favareto-Piovezan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Estácio, a Master’s in Project Management from Columbia Southern University, where she is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration. She is also a specialist in DEI&A (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility) from Rice University and in Agile Leadership from the University of Colorado.
With more than 20 years of experience in Information Technology — including over a decade dedicated to Project Management and Continuous Improvement based on Lean Six Sigma — Diefani combines technical expertise, strategic vision, and human sensitivity in her professional practice.
As a person with multiple disabilities, she found her purpose and mission in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility, firmly believing in the transformative power of genuine representation.
Driven by this purpose, she founded Igualmente Diferentes Consulting, a firm dedicated to uniting results and humanity, helping organizations evolve through inclusive and conscious strategies. For Diefani, inclusion and performance go hand in hand — when people are valued, organizations thrive.
